Cancellation and refunds

When you book, you pay an advance of ₹1,000 per guest. The rest of the trip price is paid at the camp.

If you cancel

• 7 days or more before your camping date: the full advance is refunded, minus payment gateway charges.
• 3 to 6 days before: 50% of the advance is refunded.
• Less than 3 days before, or if you don't arrive: no refund.

Changing your date

You can move your booking once, at no extra cost, to any date within one month of your original date, subject to availability.

If someone in your group drops out

Their ₹1,000 advance is refunded. The rest of the group's booking stays as it is.

If we cancel

If we cancel because of weather, safety or a forest department closure, you get a full refund of everything you paid.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5–7 working days after we process them.
