Terms and conditions

These terms apply to bookings made on wildsherpas.in, by phone or through our team. Wildsherpas is run by Escape Plan Creatives, 7/150 Pottamuriyil, Rajakkad, Idukki, Kerala 685566.

Booking and payment

• The trip costs ₹2,500 per guest, taxes included.
• You pay an advance of ₹1,000 per guest to book. The balance is paid at the camp, in cash or UPI.
• Your booking is confirmed once the advance is received. You will get a booking ID and a trip card.
• Same-day bookings close at 12 noon.
• Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.

On the day

• Report between 3 and 5 PM at our pickup point, about 700 m from Yellapetty Post Office on the Munnar–Vattavada road.
• There is no check-in after 5 PM, because the walk to camp would be in the dark. Late arrivals are not refunded.
• The camp is reached by a 2.5 km guided walk. There is no vehicle access.

At the camp

Our guests include families and children, so we ask everyone to respect the camp and each other.

• Follow the instructions of our staff and forest department rules.
• Alcohol is allowed only inside your own tent, not in common areas. Any nuisance caused after drinking will not be tolerated.
• Smoking is allowed only in the marked smoking areas.
• Drugs and other substances are not allowed. If found, we will report it to the authorities immediately.
• Quiet hours begin at 11 PM. Do not leave litter or damage the forest.
• We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaks these rules or puts others at risk, with no refund.

Camping and trekking carry some risk. Please tell us about any medical conditions before your trip.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Idukki, Kerala.
