Privacy policy

Escape Plan Creatives (Wildsherpas) collects only what we need to run your booking.

What we collect

• The lead guest's name and mobile number
• Email, if you give it
• Your camping date and number of guests
• Payment status and reference. Razorpay handles the payment itself; we never see card or bank details.

Why

To confirm and manage your booking, contact you about your trip, and keep the accounts the law requires.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Contact details: for 3 years after your trip, then deleted.
• Booking and payment records: kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

Email wildsherpasmunnar@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your details. Records we must keep for tax are the exception. We reply within 7 days.
